Transforming the Maldives with the Laamu Project

Developing a tourist destination, promoting greater accessibility and attractiveness of unique islands, the Laamu project was launched in the Maldives. This project will contribute to the balanced organization of hotel activities in all areas of tourism development, taking into account the natural and environmental conditions of the state.

During the implementation of the project, modern villas and hotels, several restaurants, spa and wellness centers, shops, diving schools and other facilities for sports and recreation of tourists will be built on one of the atolls of the Maldives - Laamu. The atoll will have extensive parks and convenient berths. You can reach the atoll in just 1 hour thanks to an internal flight from Male and a subsequent mini-boat trip to Laamu. This is the first project for a comprehensive one-time development of the entire atoll, which can serve for the further development of the tourism business in the Maldives, and, consequently, greater accessibility for all tourists.
